cool stuff when you put on the neckstrap you look like vader the wrestler leon white.  if i would try those my head would probably fall off. my kid uses the same weight but he's less than half your age.

best way is to try it. but i'm warning you if you try with 100's  you won't be useing your neck for a few days.
