Figured out why i have been disappearing lately..I have been walking 7-8 miles a day, and haven't increased calories..

Anyone know of a good app to track calories, Protein, etc...

Also a program that will help you keep a log of supps and Rec drugs..(for the bodybuilders here that are Like Victor Martinez and Myself)

Yes, that was the time they flew in Michael Jackson's helicopter, cause there was a lot of traffic and they were going to be late to attend a charity event.  Then they sat next to Princess Diana, Muhmamed Ali, Michael owen,"Hacksaw" Jim Duggan, Michael Schumacher and Jonsey from police academy. Crumpets, oysters, fish eggs, and snails were served. Then Keith ate all he could eat of that stuff..  However, he had michael jackson's pilot stop at Macdonald's to get 5 (number one's) on his way back yo Kensington palace.
