The happier I am, the more lean and muscled I am. Fasted cardio and occasional post workout cardio keeps me in check.
Did 1hr of fasted cardio, McD's breaky, Slurpee, rice and fish, two bowls of ice cream, steak, workout/cardio and pwo baconator combo. Had JD and Coke Zero, smoked a joint and took a sleeping pill. Woke up this morning shredded lol
Usually eat a bit cleaner but toss in cheat meals. The happier I am, the better I look. Running very little gear and took beta blockers for a month. Stopped because it masks hypo symptoms and I almost went to the ER though.
