When people talk about illegals they speak of deporting the people that are illegal that only commit a crime. The ones they say don't commit a crime they say leave them or fine them and let them go or what have you. But these people seem to forget that to be on American soil undocumented is a crime in itself. This mean that when they speak of only illegals that commit crimes they indeed are talking about everyone here undocumented. Why does this seem to never be brought up? I mean if u drive 65mph in a 55mph u are speeding it doesn't matter if u go 150 mph or just 60mph you are still speeding.
Quite simple: Those who enter a country without the necessary paperwork and don't go through the legal channels violate the law.
So the moment they enter they have already committed an illegal act, whether or not they are (or will be) harmless hard working people or not.
Obviously a non-criminal is better than a criminal but still: illegal entry is a crime.
Anything else that they do (staying here, working, stealing, raping, murdering, claiming benefits etc) is obviously illegal too and makes their case even worse.
Is an illegal alien murderer more despicable than an illegal alien hard-worker? Obviously, but they are both here illegally, only one has committed more heinous crimes than the other.
However, I'm not sure if simply deporting the scumbag criminals (illegal aliens who have repeatedly committed murder, rape etc) will solve anything since they keep coming back knowing that the worst thing that can happen to them have them sent back to their country, if they get caught that is. They just laugh at the system because they know how easy it is for them to get back in, do another crime and not get caught.
