The family should be liable for her death. The doctors must've clearly warned she could die if she eats too much. It's no different than giving any other substance that could kill a person. Pain killers, drugs, anything.. the family delivered a substance, in this case food, that was known to have potential to kill her. They're such hypocrates saying they're grief-stricken. It's no different really than providing drugs to a junkie.

I believe he wrote the growth was caused by inactivity and depression. I wish him well but it takes a lot to come back from that size. Too bad the people who do "Ruby" won't give him a show. She gets assloads of help.
