some of you jokers slay me......come on......wolf is huge and does hit a lat spread at the end of the video....huge dude for sure......his form is pretty outstanding here......and he is training smart......no ego training......some of you dudes need to be reminded that this is not powerlifting.....it is bodybuilding.....feel what you are doing......most of you guys are into ego training......that ain't bodybuilding.....just my opinion.

no one is saying he should deadlift 800lb but these new pros have no balls part of being a man means been strong these guys if they could lift a 10lb dumbell and get huge thy would they don't challenge themself lazy that's why Coleman won't be surpassed best genetics and he stilll didn't take those genetics for grante he lifted heavy and hard that's why no one was close there is no getting around hard work... Ngew of these pros have density see branch has that dense muscle from heavy lifting... Denis has the back he deserves

Are you kidding, geek? Wolfs back is completely gone (colemanesque), and that has nothing to do with overdieting or not. He had a disc prolapse in 2008 and wasn't able to train properly since then, and that's the reason why he'll never be back.

In 2007 he crushed every line-up from the rear (including Cutler), that was him at the NY Pro this year:


I didnt know he had a serious injury. I Think I heard that he had a hernia operation. How did his back look at the 2009 Olympia? I know he was off there, but how was his back mass?

Pretty lame if he is not getting ready to step on stage even then as dorian said you should still train with what built you the mass whilst dieting , not going for max lifts but still using the bread and butter stuff like heavy rows , deads etc

You build mass with progressive overload with good to semi decent form on the bread and butter stuff , its how its always been done and nothing will change that..drugs and genetics aside look at jay,ronnie,dorian and even dex, 4 mr olympias all trained with heavy basics and these guys have the best genes and best response to hormones and also the best in terms of mass.

these current pros are so sissy and lazy huge massive man messing about on maching working for the "peak contractions" he better get his ass under some heavy deadlifts rows and dumbell rows... Like Coleman Dorian and culter has done notice culter back didn't come up till he copied Coleman doing those t bar rows in the corner also heavy dumbell rows and barbell rows
weak workout = lacking back (for a pro)

You can't fake having a back if you haven't done your work in the gym it shows on back and legs, no doubt about it.
