Thanks, I have goals of increasing various measurements. I'd like to add at least another 2" to my arms, chest and quads. Of course, it would be nice to lose about 2" off my waist. My forearms and calves never seem to grow. They give me up as a former skinny guy.

Up the dose
I've been off juice for years now. The reason is basically boredom and that I don't care as much about how I look. I'm still about 215-220 at 5'9.5 and not fat. Just don't enjoy working out. I guess that happens after training for 18 years
