Vivid dreams is a common side effect of GABA, which acts more as a neurotransmitter.
Potassium gluconate is, basically, a salt.

Have you been recently taking anything else that may account for the dreams?

Out of curiosity, why are you taking the potassium gluconate?

I've recently heard drinking pickle juice really helps with cramps.  Strange - I know.

Do you take ZMA?

i have always known about pickle juice.....you know what works better than that?....tonic water.....the Quinine in tonic water will get rid of all cramps...but i needed a more steady remedy....hence the PG..

and no....i don't sleep long enough to reap the benefits of ZMA...

Is this an intentional thing to only sleep 2-3 hours a night or just having problems falling and staying asleep?  I would be a mess if I slept that little for any lenght of time as I would imagine most people would be too.

Potassium has a weird labeling...the one I have says 595 mg of potassium gluconate but only 99 mgs of potassium itself.  I know by law they can only put a max of 99 mg per pill.  Not sure what the difference is or why its labeled that way.  Anyone know?
