gh15 hands down. He's the original. The rest are all imitators. God of Hormones, love him or hate him, is part of the GetBig family. Family sticks together.

Oh, don't get me wrong. I like reading BFG's posts. I don't why I'm so fascinated with the seamy side of bodybuilding. Just like I use to follow BeefHeavyWeight and all his gossip whether it was true or not.

I like seamy stuff. In life, there's always seem to be a dark side. Moo Ha Ha Ha!!!

BFG couldn't answer my question of how Jay Cutler can improve his muscle maturity, vascularity this late in the game while at the same time holding less water.

I'm thinking BFG and GH15 is second rate knowledge, hardly cutting edge.
