calf question

whats more impressive if u cant get your calves to grow?

good shaped calves

or semi small calves w crazy definition good shape and crazy veins?

and what is a decent size for calves? how many inches?
how many inches is considered puny?

for 90 % of todays pros 13 inches wins them contests

so just go hiking twice a month and you'll be ok

If you saw them in person, you'd see they are far from 13 inches.  Everytime I see Quincy Taylor in the gym it's hard seeing 17-18 inch calves on a guy 320lbs off season with 23 inch arms.  Johnny Jackson's have to be the worst for a notable pro.

you can't pick and chose.. just train heavy and do lots of drop sets.

Two good tips that I can offer is to always go for a good stretch on every rep,which means no ego lifting,and to do half reps at the end of every set when no more full reps can be performed.

Half reps to failure until the burn is agonizing,and they will grow albeit slowly.

My calves are shit. Around 16.5" flexed I think.

My forearms are bigger lol

I don't trian them though I should start.
