Anyone have any thoughts on which research chem would be best for endurance. I have to go through a rigorous 4 months training academy soon and was hoping there was something out there that would help me run a little further. They will be making us run basically until we puke and then more everyday.
I am in pretty good shape but when forced to run 3 miles and then immediately run 8 floors of stairs up and down about 8 times then do lunges for a half mile then jog backwards another half mile things start to get a little rough and that will be every morning for a while.
