You can get a bottle of Arginine (Spring Valley brand) pills from Wal-Mart for $4. Between that and how inexpensive whey and creatine are, I say why not use them ALONG WITH your regular foods.

It's sad that anyone would pay $60+ dollars for that shit.  Pretty, pretty sad

Especially since, if they wait long enough, it'll be a FOURTH of that price at GNC (not counting the Gold Card discount, of course).
