these are not traditional gyms in the Getbig sense fo the word, where bodybuidlers would work out

these are the new gimmick performance labs that cater to crossfit, stupic MMA cross-style training, and parents with too much money who all think their little fat white son is going to be the next LT

waste of time unless your going to be a division 1 athlete or have a UFC bout coning up....................f@ggot pushing gimmicks "we stress kettlebells, and blah, blah, blah."

people like these phonies make me sick

They should've considered your input and use height as a metric. From what I hear you can fit in some pretty tight spots shorty.

big surprise you would say that being that you are the proprietor of one of these stupid gimmick "gyms"

where people have to invent all these ridiculous news to  lift and train,.............because responsible diet, walking a little on the treadmill, and a sound weight regimen is TOO EASY and TRADITIONAL for them

EXACTLY! DeFrancos looked hardcore but they do all that plyometric jumping crap.
Unless someone is going to the NFL combine , stick with basic wts and cardio. Ya know bodybuilding!

Well I guess it might be because we get better results out of these types of gyms than you do your typical cookie cutter "fitness" gyms....I lump Golds, LA Fitness and those types of gym that get minimal results.

look, im not saying that there isnt a place for these performance labs and places like yours.........

but the new thing is every stock broker and female attorney thinks they have to train with a fucking sledge hammer hitting a tire. or crossfit, or dynamic jumping, or kettlebells..........bec ause th efitness industry moves from one gimmick to the next

i saw something on TV the other day that was SO frustrating..........it was this black dude pushing his own NEW crossfit-type program.........with these DVDs, and stuff

it is so easy to lose weight and be in shape, all you need is some willpower.........
