That's exactly what I would like (ab wise) to look like 24-7. Too bad I like my junk food too much and don't do cardio at all. I should have a 30 inch waist but 34 is where it's at with my lifestyle and food choice.

He's very lean there but hard to tell without seeing the whole body .. but probably near contest-condition and def. below 8% BF.

You don't need GH to get ripped , you can get just as ripped without GH as you could with, it just makes it easier.
