I'm feeling a knot or a lump in my right glute, which is annoying since my right side is my "easy to inject" side. Do I have to avoid it now, would hate to only do my left side.  :(

I'm tempted to try a delt, but how the fuck do you asperate reaching your other arm up at an angle like that? Sounds awkward. With the glute its so easy to use your thumb and first two fingers to pull back on the thingie.  Also, sticking a 1 1/2 inch needle in your arm sounds a little freaky deeky.  :o

You need to rotate sites each time if u continue one site over and over again you chance a sterile abcess

I'm doing each glute once a week. Right glute on Saturday, 1 cc, left glute on wednesday 1cc.

i have permanent knots in my glutes, thighs, and delt from doing 2-3cc of test 400 EOD.....and its been years since i touched anything...

Hit your shoulders or quads. Quads are easy enough to do yourself. Minefield of nerves though :)

I've had a couple of those from shallow injections, some have been really annoying and VERY painful, but went away. Not a big deal. They go away sooner or later if you "let them be". BTW delts are the easiest spot to inject in my opinion.

So they are sterile abscesses or what? Must be really annoying. I'm sure you have tried to get them massaged? And if/when so, weird that they haven't gone away...

test 400 was brutal...they are just marble like scar tissue pieces...they arent going anywhere..

God damn, man. I just hit my delt for the first time. That was the easiest shot I have EVER done! I feel like such a retard for stressing all this time. Glute shots are kind of sketchy because you are hitting yourself from behind, delts are like getting a shot at the nurses office= butter.
