The UNSTOPPABLE Sarah Palin

The Unstoppable Sarah Palin, Ctd

15 Sep 2010 01:22 pm

In the wake of the O'Donnell win, Paul Mirengoff is now on the same page as me that "the nomination is Sarah Palin's to lose":

[W]here else is [the Tea Party] vote going to go? Romney instituted a program of mandatory health insurance in Massachusetts. Huckabee was not a small government governor. Gingrich was a Washington insider. Governors who actually served out their terms probably made some tough decisions that won't appeal to Tea Party purists.

Backed by the Tea Party movement, Palin can win between 30 and 40 percent of the vote in many of the early multi-candidate primaries and caucuses. This doesn't seem like a reach, given the vote count for Tea Party movement candidates this year. ... Palin can ride a vote count of 30 to 40 percent in crowded early primaries to the front of the pack and then increase that count to 50 percent plus as the field narrow in the later primaries. John McCain's campaign in 2008 supports the view that a candidate can get out front by consistently winning 30 to 40 percent of the vote in the early, multi-candidate field. What might happen once the field narrows is anyone's guess. But unless Palin self-destructs along the way, I question whether anyone in the likely field is capable of defeating her head-to-head.

By 2012, madoff or vandersloot would be able to beat obama.

I am not sure he is even running as his daily fail machine is so bad even many in his own party want nothing to do with him.

obama's at 45% in gallup today, still.  I dont know if his 'rock bottom' is gonna be much lower.

palin ain't gonna beat obama in the general election.  Most anyone else WILL.

You morons are gonna pick her, I know this, you know this.

Tea party will end up being obama's best friend when they put a Palin up against him.  Sad, but true.  Enjoy 4 more years of obama, you dummies :)

I disagree completely and i will tell you why.

With absolute max turnout - Obama got 52.7% in a year that any dems was sailing to victory regardless.  That is 52.7%, not 60 or 70%.  That includes 100% of blacks, most hispanics, indes, etc.

By 2012 - turnout for Obama will be far less as the novelty of a black POTUS is gone, Obama loses the white vote entirely, and disaafected hispanics show up for Palin.

Additionally, Palin will get the blue collar whites pissed off with the communist left.

She can get ohio, florida and many other states that Obama has zero chance at.

You guys are so cluess it hurts.

If the economy is worse in 2011, as I believe it will be, she will easily win.  In fact, I am not even sure obama will run at this pioint as he has been the biggest failure in american history as far as I can tell.

random repub candidate gets 52% of vote.

palin gets 52% MINUS the number of americans who believe - right or wrong - that she isn't qualified/smart enough to have the job.  Thune and Newt don't have that prob.  She does.

Palin gave mccain 43% of white woman vote.  Bush 04 got 48% of white woman vote.  Very big dropoff there.

And this doesn't even include if Hilary wins - and suddenly dems are movitvated bigtime.

If Hillary runs, yes i agree with you.

However, by 2012 - Palin will destroy Obama.

She will get the White vote at least 65-35.    The black vote is irrelvent.  The hispanci vote with go probably  go 55-45.

ObamaCare is getting more unpopular, the stim bill failed, terrorists in NYC and the mosque etc etc.

Don't count her out.  240 - you are utterly clueless how pissed off most people are at the govt.

In two years, if the economy gets worse, obama tries more african ball washing programs, etc etc, anyone will beat him.

Obama will never win another election, he has lost the Independents for good, just from Obamcare alone.

You've heard it here in this thread folks, PEA BRAIN just officially backed Palin as the GOP candidate to "destroy" Obama. Just as I predicted, Palin is really the only choice for the Tea Party in 2012. She Can do it and shock the world!!!

That's cool. Unless the party establishment rushes to embrace Thune and pour in the "GOP War Chest into a Thune campaign, as they did with George W. Bush in 2000 he has no chance. Zero name recognition, from a tiny state, totally unproven campaign skills or charisma on the national stage, and so far has raised NO $$$. Therefore, you'll be casting your vote for Sarah Palin, as you rightfully should.  ;)

By the way, I love those 2012 voting percentages, PEA BRAIN.  ::) Palin winning 65% of the white vote? haha In the south, certainly. The rest of the country? Not a chance. She polls great among white males like yourself. But with white females, particularly college educated white women? Not so much. The Black vote is indeed "relevant", as Black voter TURNOUT makes a big difference in key battleground states. The Hispanic vote? Judge Sotomayor and the Arizona immigration law will have Obama win over Hispanics by a comfortable margin.  ;)

If Palin does not get down to Deleware and work to get Christine Odonnell elected and Odonnell loses, she will not be getting my vote in the 2012 Republican Primary. I will be espeacially angry at her if we lose the Senate by one seat.
