Orange chicken question for ron
« on: September 06, 2010, 03:03:25 AM »
ron

ive heard that you love orange chicken. i have an idea to improve the dish but wondered what you would think about this, what if they made it so you got more meat and a little bit less breading and sauce?

do you ever find all the breading and sauce overwhelming?

i mean what if they used much larger chunks of chicken maybe pieces the size of small red potatoes or somthing

Orange Chicken is one of my favorite dishes, but not spicy. Has to be lightly friend, not too much sauce.  Also like tangerine chicken, or honey flavored chicken that looks like Orange Chicken (Pick Up Stiks has a great Honey Chicken, and of course, their House Special Chicken).

Truthfully, I am lucky to eat it once every two weeks or so. Oh well.  Normally, I tend to eat white grilled chicken on a stick with brown rice, which I enjoy a lot too.
