The judges have every opportunity to include any competitor with a mathematical chance to move up into the top 6....past that, you have to draw the line somewhere.

Come on now Chick, this isn't really true.  We've never seen a competitor from out of the top 6 called out on stage for Saturday night comparisons.  If you're 7th place or below after pre-judging, your show is done.  No need to sharpen up for the finals.

They should get rid of the free posedown and have top 10 comparisons it would take an extra 5 minutes to do.

Plus it would allow for some 3 man comparisons which they seem to have dropped.

The posing round was such a waste of time. There was no drama, no tension, nothing, no meaning at all to it since it had absolutely no bearing on the final outcome.

Having the ability to pose and to pose well to separate the final placings (top ten or top six, for example) would be an interesting way of making posing a legitimate part of competing.

The 202 show didn't even bother with posing routines.  They had pre-judging and then comparisons of the top 6 at night.  That's it.  Maybe bodybuilding should face the fact that a night show is not necessary.  Why have a pre-judging and then some more pre-judging at night?  Do it in one show and be done with it.

why the judges can't score mandatory poses during the men's individual posing round but they can score accurately flips and strength moves with the fitness girls high octane routines?  i'd think it would be easier since most of the men cant walk 10 yds without O2.  you need to explain this. you've all but made the 2nd night obsolete and killed any chance a guy like kai in 7-8th can move into the 6th spot with a good 2nd night showing.  plus why are the fans paying 50-150 when 1-6 are set?

Bob Chick is too busy having a nice "sit down" meal at the Yard Of Ale in Piffard.
