As I said in another thread, it's the Weimar Republic all over again. Collapse the system, set yourself up in a position to save the day...and what do you know, now you're a hero.

For those that are unfamiliar with the Weimar Republic, this is what led to Hitler. No, I'm not comparing Hitler to Obama in the sense that he wants to eliminate a certain race of people, but the set up for total government is astoundingly similar.
