Dave Pulcinella 20 week transformation
« on: October 05, 2010, 12:44:40 PM »
The diet goes from 2500 calories working up to 5000-6000 calories per day over a 20 week period.

Eating only the six foods that work: Tuna, Brown Rice, Sweet potato, Chicken Breast, Oatmeal, Egg Whites

Lots of Drugs, Lots of cardio. Fresh receptors, Digestive enzymes

Levrone like transformation IMO. Growing into a show.

LOL!!

These transformations are still motivating to me.  It's cool how these guys can look night and day in such a short period of time.  Granted, to the general public Dave would be huge in either condition.

Dave will be 46 soon.  Does anyone know if he intends to do the 50+ Masters?
