When I wasn't a schmoe, I hung with women who were active, but didn't really care about lifting.

Now that I'm a schmoe again, bring on the fucking muscle. Kicked it with a bikini chick recently, and even she loved showing off her little guns for me. I can dig it.  *schmoe*

No but they gotta do some kind of exercise/cardio/etc and stay fit and healthy

wife works out 4x a week on eliptical
