quality of healthcare
availability, as in waiting time for procedures
cost
etc....
Others can weigh in as well, just wanted people who have first hand experience with it to give opinions. When I was in Germany, we had to use the local hospital for care and Germany has "free" healthcare. I was very underwhelmed.
