so much, after the initial intro you should say very little and your questions should be short and to the point.
Yes! Exactly, I have to remind myself of this. I think for practice I will interview some of my friends about something related to them and try to keep this in mind so that I know to do it in the future.
Matt, great interivew..but you gotta lose that stupid sounding Canadian accent. makes me cringe.
It's just strange to me that so many of my friends don't sound particularly Canadian yet I do. I don't understand why that is.

Hey thanks Earl! I appreciate all the feedback about the interviews so hopefully in the future I can get the format down. Dave Palumbo consistently puts out good interviews I think because he is familiar with the format.
Samir is 215 and is carrying a lot of size but was wearing a huge t-shirt which covered him up a lot. But he is pretty big and in good shape and will be 55 soon.
