Lou Ferrigno was backstage at UFC 121, where he ran into his friend, MMA H.E.A.T.s Karyn Bryant. The two talk about Lou's respect for Brock Lesnar (whom he compares to the Hulk) and deaf fighter Matt Hamill, as well as what it takes to be a high-level competitor in sports. Lou also fills us in on his Hollywood career and the upcoming "The Avengers" movie.
