Why Morning Workouts May be the Best Time to Workout
« on: October 16, 2010, 06:54:38 AM »
I love working out early in the morning because no matter how shitty my day was I had at least got in a workout and improved myself somewhere.

Likewise, alot of times when I have planned to workout at night I skipped it instead due to a variety of reasons including shitty days, laziness etc.

Morning workout are great cause at least you accomplished something for that day.

Gaspari Superpump250 in the car on the way to the gym does the trick for me, no adverse effects
No-Xplode upsets my stomach no matter what time I use it

Generally 50mins to an hour and ten mins, two of us training so takes a little longer than training alone

for my 5am workout, I usually hit the drive-thru for a triple espresso on my way to the gym, then take out my flask of vodka and red bull, sip on it on the drive, do a line of coke before getting out of car, take a shot of adrenalin in the locker-room, and Im ready.

I do get a bit drowsy and tired at bout 9am, so I start really drinking, at bout midday do some speed, 17h00 I call the agency to send over 1st batch of hookers, by 21h00 my dealer stops going back & forth and just stays at my house, he usually leaves with the lady-boys at round midnite, so I can get some quality sleep after I take my downers.

maybe I'll try the superpump 250
