Cyber Bullying, does Getbig help one to have a Thick Skin?

GetBig has definitely given me a thicker skin, and it has rewarded me in the workplace.  I recently had a performance review with which I disagreed.  Instead of meekly signing off on it, returning to my desk in shame, and sulking for the rest of the week, the following discussion took place:

Boss Lady:  Andy, you are still not maximizing production like we want you to.  Your quality is also slipping.
Me:  hahahahahaha  Oh, brother...epic sagging boobs and face that needs a good ironing.
Boss Lady:  I am your supervisor!
Me:  hahahahahaha  Meltdown
Boss Lady:  You sound like someone that wants to get written up.
Me:  You look like someone who wears pink assless chaps to church just so someone will give you a second look.  Brutal self-ownage; you won't recover.

I still won't be getting a raise, but at least someone besides me cried at the office that day.

but imagine being a 12 year old kid, asking some chick to a dance, and her posting on facebook that not only did she say no, but that you smelled of poo a little bit and that you're ugly as shit.  her friend list consisting of 200 of your classmates will lol at you whenever they see you.

this is the case where turning the laptop off won't help.

Shit happens...like when that 12 yr old gets a genuine date with the girl who is hotter than the girl who turned him down...

Just look at that 11 yr old girl who was on Youtube and was talking about how hot she was and her multiple boyfriends, and saying that she was gonna pull a glock and make a person's brains go slushy...then when the people starting hitting bakc, her ass couldn't take it, and was bawling her eyes out...now, we have become a over sensi-poo society, our kid's "esteem and well being need to be taken in account", no they need to harden eff up! This is what happens whe you play WoW and not with GI Joes....when you play tag, and not cyber tag...

The army could be brutal...but I personally think junior high (known as "middle school" these days...how gay is that?) is the worse.  Fortunately, I had a quick wit even then, so nobody messed with me after the first day (some girl with a big head called me a nerd...I replied, "Who are you calling a nerd, chaka head?"  Poor girl was called Chaka Head until she dropped out of high school, pregnant from a locked up black man).

Good work Andy.  And I think the 8th grade was my favorite year of school. 

Similar story when I was in the military, this one white chick who exclusively dated black guys by the way, was always giving everybody shit and one day we were all standing around and she made fun of a watch I had on that I got for Christmas.  And she was one of those dark haired chicks who had quite a bit of facial hair.... so I asked her if her mom got her a set of clippers to trim her sideburns with....all of the brothas fell out laughing and she had nothing to come back with ..... felt great and I was over with all the brothers after that. I'm kinda like you with a quick wit thing that has always pulled me thru.
