Good progress bro. Do you have better weight workouts on manic days or depressed days?

Can't really see any progression but that's to be expected as you are obese.

The next 40 pounds is when you will notice real difference.

Just keep on going and don't make excuses or give up. It's time for you to be a grown up about things. You can do it. The power is within you.
