I'm not familiar with the criminal record thing, didn't know that.. that is fucking stupid. I read in the newspaper some weeks ago that this year Norway had decreased immigration ratio by more than any other country in Europe. That is a good sign..

Medical cannabis probably wont happen here for a while though  .

Right now I think it should be more about Decriminalization. Thats a good start. (which is what the lady in the clip is Pro, not legalization. So the police cannot just take you in because it looked like you smoked.

murder, not even on kids (or rape even on kids, or rape And murder) doesn't lead on most cases to more then a few years in prison. and not a prison with GANGS and TINY cells with a bunch of restrictions. But a nice cell, in some cases with tv, a bunch of books and you can have coffee etc etc. (there are some jails thats worse for sure, but nooooooooooooooooooooooo ot like american jails) people just mind their own buisness it seems like. My cousin (same age as me) did a month, and he said it was pretty much liek your average day as longa s you just mind your own buisness, but not outside the jail ofc  

you dotn have to worry about getting raped from no 6"6 black dude.

If you're in for some Bad crime, like murder of a kid or something, you're just sent to a place with only those type of criminals so no one cares. (they would be taken care of Fast inside your average prison though)

Great post! The prisons here are like three star hotels! I cannot fucking believe this shiiit!!!!

Recently, one of the robbers of NOKAS (the biggest bank robbery in norwegian history I think) said to the newspaper "This is luxurious, I should sit in a moist hole"

Here's an idea of how pathetic it is.... if you're a homeless person you can literally just do some minor crime, robbery or some shit, get 3 years jailtime or something, get an education in jail and live in "hotel" they call prison

Look at this cell! haha time magazine had an article about how one of the prisons here were the most humane prisons in the world

I saw a documentary about different jail, first it was the thai jail, complining about laying on the floor in a little cell with 15 people are eveyrthing smelling like piss and shit and your would get a rash allt eh time because the person next to you didnt clean himself,

then it went to sweedn, where an inmate complained because they took his playstation away,
