you dont bitch about black runningbacks or receivers being OVER-represented.........you bitch about black coaches being UNDER-represented
typical minority..........only have a problem when the numbers dont work in your favor
maybe white people make better coaches, just like it can be argued that black people overall tend to be the most successful runningbacks
blacks are proud of the fact the running back is "their" position, but bitch cause coaching is "our" position
lot of hypocrisy coming from your side methinks.....
I just asked a question.. but if you wanna go at it we can. first off. Blacks werent allowed to play football at that level.. They came in and TOOK the running back position. When given the chance and not institutionally (meaning its in the rules) excluded...Blacks perform.
1970He had a notable performance (135 yards, 2 touchdowns) against an all-white University of Alabama football team, as USC beat Alabama 42-21 in Birmingham on September 12, 1970. His performance in the game was reportedly a factor in convincing the University of Alabama and its fans to let Coach Bear Bryant integrate Southern football. Jerry Claiborne, a Bryant assistant, said, "Sam Cunningham did more to integrate Alabama in 60 minutes than Martin Luther King did in 20 years."[2][3]

Despite the legend surrounding the story, Bryant had already taken a step toward integrating his team. (It has actually been suggested that Bryant consciously scheduled USC knowing there was a good chance Cunningham would have such a performance, as he realized that integration was inevitable and believed that the sight of a black player embarrassing the all-white Tide like that would go a long way towards making Alabama supporters see that change must come.) Wilbur Jackson, the first African-American offered a scholarship by the University of Alabama, watched the game from the stands, ineligible to play as a freshman due to NCAA rules at the time.[4]

See when you got shit like that happening A dude having to go slap crazy against your team inorder for you to see that he can maybe play this game with the white kids. And you tell me there arent any lingerings of discrimination
