It might, I don't know enough about that industry. I would think that if someone won this type of contest a person would have a decent chance of it getting made or released by someone.

independent regular "joe" types make the funniest movies ever, ive made a few interacting in public ive yet to post as well as some other funny as fuck movies. When average people make movies they tend to be funny as hell and better or just as good as high production movies

True. But think of the thousands of scripts that will be sent in to god knows who. Good ideas are hard to come by. And Hollywood is known to rip anyone/everyone off. Because if they didn't have to, Friday the 13th part 4-10 wouldn't possibly make it to the big screen.

Yeah that does seem to happen alot. With all the different versions of 'The Three Muskateers' and 'Robin Hood' its obvious Hollywood isn't very creative. I geuss the only recourse down the road would be to sue when you see your movie come out.

yeah make sure u hav ir regstrd w the wga,, and submit w the number this way they know its protctd,, evn still things can be adjusted and taken anyway,,, there is a lot of money that has to b spent to mak that script a product so its not lik anyone gets somthing for free, money has to b put out ltr,, and all scripts unless really really unique plotlines stories etc,,, are the sam numbr of plot line ovr and ovr w...
remakes r good bc they have a track record...
distribution is key,,, anybody has contacts thats a gr8 post,,, production regards for trade neg. especially for a gb'r
