do you go out and bite into some leafs of various plants as well as the flower or berry, do you then research the plant to find out the special medicinal value of each part of plant

i find this fascinating. researching holly berries i find that the leafs were used in acient teas by indians called youpon tea the leafs contain some theobromine a caffien like substance that stimulated the cns, but could cause hallucinatoions and vomited if consumed in massive amounts. I think nature is like on giant GNC where the products are all around us but for free

ok if your not joking then just cleanse the area with cold water. if you constantly get rashes then the food you are eating is making your body too moist or damp, try consuming alot of beans if you have problems with fungus and rashes. beans will help dry things out and not cause inflamation or dampness or redness. this is why i have near perfect skin is because of beans

i used to be prone to acne and rashes, its all diet related

this can happen if you dont wipe perfectly or take alot of shits during the day. nothing unusual
