Author Topic: How to get out of a DUI (Read 2363 times)

If I were the drunk driver I'd forfeit all of my worldly possessions to the family, apologize profusely and end my life. I couldn't live with that kind of blood on my hands. I never mess with that kind of shit though. I don't drink much but a couple of times I almost got into my vehicle totally smashed. It scares me to think that I would even fathom the thought of driving, even though I'm shit faced. I don't carry my keys when I'm drunk just to be absolutely, 100% incapable of getting behind the wheel.

Don't fucking drink and drive. If my family fell victim to a drunk driver I would surely murder them, or have them murdered before the Canadian legal system would let them off the hook. There are so many drunk drivers who get no jail time or very little jail time here. It's disgusting.

I am opposed to taking another life unless someone rapes someone, tortures someone or kills someone because of unforgivable foolish actions like drinking and driving. Brown justice.

So true bro, these pieces of shit get 2 1/2 years for involuntary manslaughter and serve 1.3, fucking bullshit, or 3 years probation and a suspended license! give me a fucking break..you just took away somebody's mother or daughter.. these people are such fucking scum, in the end they're just like 'oh, I was drunk, sorry...forgive me' but you're missing a family member or worse.. that's one case where I can see the revenge getting hardcore.

A friend of mine got pulled over one time he was extremely drunk. He got out and ran as fast as he could into the woods. He waited until the next morning and went to the police department. They snatched him right up and handcuffed him. All that he got charged with was evading arrest and that got dropped down because his dad was part of the sheriffs department. His excuse was he was afraid to get pulled over he had a lot of speeding tickets.

The police could not catch him in the act, so they can't prove he was DUI. Of course it's suspect, but in this case you just can't sentance him unless he confesses. Let's hope the guy still realizes alcohol and driving should never mix.

The reason DUI laws are fucking joke in America is to protect the financial interests of the rich white people who profit the most from alcohol sales. If these same people could keep you and I from growing marijuana in our backyards, it would be legal.
