this can cause toxicity to certain organs causing them to fail and attain cancer

different forms of meat contain the heme-iron form of iron , this is too much of a shock to our bodies folks, it is my theory that too much heavy meat eating is so inflamatory it literally blocks the hair follicles from forming on the dome. Saw my cousin the other day who is 2 years younger and half freakin balled, hes so into working out and eating meat but is oblivous or delusional to his hair loss

i bring this up because i have been supplmenting with black strap molasses and i feel now my heart has a stronger beat that is certainly from the differnt b vitamins in it that are highly stimulating. I notice skin heals faster too but heart definitly has a more robust kick to it wich i needed because being a vegetarian im likely to be deficient in iron regardless of all the beans and macaroni i eat

i just worry about fellow getbiggers punishing there organs with heavy hem-iron from meat feeding cancer and silent health problems. This shit makes the blood too fucking thick too, its not that you dont have motivation, IF YOU COULD YOU WOULD but the fact is YOU CANT, but you COULD if you didnt eat the meat.  I would know because ive worked along side of other folks my age that were very slow or had resorted to alot of cigarette smoking to be stimulated enough to work at a decent pace

i wouldnt even give this advice to a young person because theyve yet to really become sensitive and aware of dietary changes and arent easily thrown off track, they would simply dismiss any reasoning against meat because they have so much young fire energy and have yet to feel older age to learn to move gracefully and swiftly effortlessly like water

i know for me i have to eat a certain way everyday but if i eat this way i can go all day every day but have to eat alot of the good stuff. but without it i fail, im vulnerable as fuck, theres a huge differnce now in my life with eating the right way and the wrong way, when i was young i couldnt tell a differnce. I do however think many of us 30 year old folks and up give up when we just need to eat foods that make us shit more to clean out the toxins  and not so much meat and cut it out all together and be enlighted. . Look how many times a small dog takes a shit in a day, a more capable human should be shitting alot more than a dog.
