Yesterday:
1. 7:30 - Breakfast sandwich made with Wheat English muffin, egg white, fat free cheese, Boca Sausage patty.
2. 11:30 - Sam Winter beer and 7 Buffalo wings at pub.
3. 1:30 - Bud Light, 3 Tequila shots.
4. 3:30 - 2 beers at friends house, 2 chicken wings.
5. 7 PM - 3 Tequila shots, 2 beers, Chinese Food.
Sleeping by 9:30 PM. Back on the health kick today. I like to have fun every Saturday.
