the only way for a natural to be "big" and "ripped" at the same time is to train big and eat big of foods that are quickly expelled out of the system. A natural cant be big and ripped by eating little, in haling air during exercise gives you no mass to work with. Eating gives you the mass to work with and to form into muscle/fat/glycogent storage and so on, so fort...
you wont have the energy if you keep calories low on this routine
the key to life is to have energy to do this sort of a routine, if you are able to do this routine you could do even more if you really had to. the key is to build yourself up to a point where you can do this routine. but most cannot , but some can like the failcan , but i dont do it everyday because i dont really need it or care about getting in that kind of shape. to me its too much work, but however it is very possible to achieve
