One of the shittiest boxing workout I have ever seen,no offense Makaveli 25
I got a good workout doing it. It's more a great cardio workout. I'm not looking to get in the ring just have good cardio.
I do a little bit of jumprope 1 min hard 1 min rest 1 min hard ect. for 15 minutes couple times a week. What else is good to do ?
