Just ran into the Fist at Wegmans.  He was buying a 12 pack of Natural Ice and a gallon on milk.  He is training natural for MMA and looks fantastic.

From what I heard, he is working at the YMCA as a repairman.  Just got into an apartment on Ashland Ave. and is looking for a cheap laptop.   Word around town is that he looks unstoppable in the MMA circut.  Also, rumor is that Dana White came into town to see Rashad Evans and talked to Dr. Fist about maybe signing a contract with the UFC in a few months.  I don't know how true this is but I heard that Fist spit in his face and Dana left.  Who knows?  But from what I've been hearing around town Dr. Fist (F-Man in the hood)  he is one person to be feared.
