so why don't they slap a lien on their house or cannot reissue a drivers license until unpaid fees are paid. Yea let's kill dogs..IDIOTS

ok call me stupid (easy peanut gallery). I would think it cost more to go get the dog and put it down than the annual tax of fiddy bucks..

no they just have a full-time swiss guard whose job it is to go door to door and put one bullet into each dogs head then go about his merry way. very cost effective a bullet is usually around 10 cents.

plus the wage which would be around the $50-$80 per hour mark.

possibly more as this person would need to be properly qualified and licensed.
