I have always been super motivated at home training. I have more trouble in going to the gym to workout, always feels like a hassle.

a double shot of jack daniels, some porn on tv and maybe those stereos blasting some hip hop would do the trick to get you all pumped up for your home workouts, Im dead serious

Large screen TV with "Battle for the Olympia" on a loop.....and a mirror to hit some glute shots in......

I do pop in a NASSER IN THE MAKING DVD for motivation once in a while... WORKS GREAT!
