I'm curious JP_RC, how do you see Gironda pwn Jones? I tried Gironda's 8*8 and all it did was make me weaker, smaller, and softer.

I was just trying to start some 'drama' 

Seriously, both of them had great training ideas and I think neither pwns the other. But I do follow a more Gironda way of training than Jones.

You can be a little bit of an asshole if someone you are trying to teach just doesn't listen, but he didn't make any sense in that video, and the girl was completely lost too. He also said contradictory stuff like 'keep your elbows back and down' and then 'bring the bar to your neck', which will automatically make you raise your elbows.
