i was looking through an old mag S&H and saw a pic of old karl norberg doing a front barbell hold with a 100 lb barbell ,karl was said to be 74 years old at the time. it said no one ever did one of these holds with a olympic bar and two 45 lb plates or 135lbs. lets see one of youse guys do this and post a pic than i'll be impressed. more so than your usual witty rheteroic impresses me.
