Gotta say...they do. I havent been a big fan of bars over the years, as they all seem to sit in my stomach and rumble around, but I havent had any issues so far with these....also, Labrada bars are good.

I know all you bros are pro-protein and prefer protein bars over anything else, but recently my partner and I stumbled upon these babies and I must say that they are delicious!

Not availiable in Europe I guess. Maybe comparable to the Kellogs Special K bar?

Might be, both bars appear to have the same ingredients. 

As an added plus, Fiber One bars do help in keeping you regular.
