All I can think of when I see these old pictures is: How the mighty have fallen....but it's a pretty good lesson to invest in education, skill sets, and PLAN for the future.

He's got a good heart and wants to do the right thing.  Reading that article, I felt bad for him.  To think, everything you gave your life to...up in smoke.  Nothing to show for it really.  A real shame.

the guy jackie is a trainer at golds venice, he never shows anypart of his body, he is still big but way past his glory day, now all he does is walk around golds in a golds gym sweatshirt, but is still big but not near flex.
