Great player. Well deserved.

I think the Patriots Devin Mcourty should be the rookie of the year. Top performance with no pass rush. He literally was a top 3 corner during his rookie season.

Well-deserved. It's not just about stats. The award measures the true value that one player adds to his team.

Take away Polamalu and the Steelers pass defense is probably among the worst in the NFL. Take away Clay Mattews and the Packers are still pretty stout on defense by virtue of their talented secondary.

No other player made more impact defensive plays than #43. As a Ravens fan, I should know.

10 sacks, 2 int's and 6 forced fumbles is pretty damn good. But #43 is the right choice.
