He's been training 15+ years, at that point you feel anything you do anyway. It's not like someone who's been training 2-3 years or even 5-6.

Obviously it is

clearly not that back is weak for a mr o contender
this guy has the structure to MR O
he just needs to bring up his back.....
greatest backs in history
coleman heady rows deads free weight
dorian intense training heavy row deads
choice is an illusion

That's complete bullshit. Rockell for example always trained his back very hard and just with basic movements (barbell rows, dumbbell rows, heavy deadlifts,...), and always had an incredible weak back. Only the past 2 years he did a lotta machine work and isolation exercises, and his back came up significantly (still no strong point tough).

Branch also trains back super heavy just with free basic exercises, and has a very weak back. Not everyone can train like Dorian or Ronnie and will make the same type of progress, actually very few can. For some machine work and focused isolation exercises will work way better (depending on proportions, genetics etc.). You have to find out what works for you and not blindly copy what Ronnie or Dorian have done, cause they had great backs... ::)

agreed not everyone can have a back like dorians or coleman
all the more reason to train a weak bodypart extra hard that workout by wold was all machineslike i said at the 2007 mr o
Dennis looked amazing and showed he has the height structure and proportions to blow anyone offstage
hes missing a huge thick back.
i would love to see him go hard and blow everyone offstage he has the build for it
