has anyone here overcome symmetry issues?
« on: February 15, 2011, 08:05:36 PM »
ie. did any of you guys have one area (right chest bigger than left, etc)...  and were able to fix it by either bulking up, or by doing more unilateral movements?

anyone make a noticable difference?  any before/after pics?

thanks for the input.  but lets say my right pec is smaller than the left.  on non chest days, can i do some unilateral flies, or unilateral machine presees?  would that make a difference over time???

Im sorry you feel that way.  Let me try again.  I did extra lateral raises to bring up a lagging left medial deltoid head.  I also site injected winstrol and test for fascia stretching purposes in that same area.  I was able to notice the difference considerably when I stripped down to a thong and greased myself up for other men to enjoy.
Bodybuilding = serious bidness.

Is that what you wanna hear, homo?

Probably not.

It's not lack of volume that's causing it, it's probably just genetic.
