Magnesium is essential to replenish the brain's dopamine stores. I will go off caffeine once a year for three weeks and take Magnesium with b-6 before bed at night to replenish catecholamines. The best form of Magnesium is Magnesium Glycinate. It has the best bioavailability and the lowest clearance rate of any Magnesium. Magnesium Aspartate is also good, but it causes stomach upset for some people.
