Love the stuff.

You can add a spoon of honey and a bunch of mixed seeds and take a pot to work, great for mid morning meal

So gay I won't bother responding :)

Great protein source and tastes great. A better option than using whey protein.  The only problem are those who have a lactose problem. It's full of it. I can drink a glass of milk and a regular yogurt no problem. If I start eating a greek yogurt a day my stomach will do flips.

How so?  Greek yogurt has less lactose than regular yogurt.

Just bought some fat free and have been mixing it with smuckers sugar free preserves.  It's excellent.

I agree.  Fage has a great texture and tastes pretty awesome.

You're right. It does contain less lactose sugar than most yogurts but it still has a lot compared to the small yogurt containers I used to eat. I just might be overly sensitive to all lactose products and I have to watch the amount I eat. I know I'm not alone in stomach distress from to much milk related foods.
