they go mad numb when i game online cause I get all into the shit

depends on the game too

I play black ops multiplayer -- hands/ wrists go numb after like 30mins of playing, usually shake it off or get high

other game is Bulletstorm multiplayer - just got this and its kickass, went numb lastnite playing but shook it out

I am on 15ius so my fingers are swole but I HATE how PS3 feel in my hands - its too small of a controller, I just wanna smash it

its not all that bad - my forehead is growin I think - take it into account I have been on gh since I turnd 23 so that 5 yrs - i was 210 when i started, won a few shows, figure id up it and take some jinos ----- then story begins 5ius to 8 ius to 10ius now I just went to 15iu ---- its a process

my hands are like gddamn sausages and my foot went up a size - I get bloodwork on the 15th/ check my BP too see how lisinopril is doing

I take precautions but I dont do this to be healthy - my degree is in exercise phsy but I dont lead by example, I am just truthful
