was doing alot of eastern medicine philosophy research and many claims show that lower back pain may feel like muscle pain but in reality its the kidneys causing the pain because of possible undernourishment
things that can cause kidney depletion aka lower back tightness and pain are alot of physical activity and ejaculation according to ancient eastern medicine philosophy
it only took about two 2 days of heavy bean eating especially kidney beans and damn sure nuff my lower back pain is gone!!!
many websites reccomended to cut back on ejaculation or have more rest.,, and those are two things i aint really wanting to sacrifice on
i suggest many when encounterd with lower back pain eat alot of beans a few times a day and see how you feel especially if you have chronic back pain
my pain was very chronic now its all gone!!! i might even try running with dumbells again to purposley overwork my lower back just to see if my back can handle it with increased consuming of beans
